Nursing Staff
We have Nurses with relevant experience in the NHS, Nursing & Care Homes and Community Nursing. Our Nurses have experience in various specialities including Medical, Surgical, ITU, CCU, Dialysis, Rehabilitation, Elderly and many more. We have experienced staff who are ready to take up any assignment, at any time. We also provide 24 hour support services to all our staff and clients.
Domiciliary Carers
We provide care service for clients who require care in their own home and assistance with everyday tasks. We can provide support from as little as 15 minutes, simply to assess everything is fine, all the way up to a 24-hour a day, depending on the service users need.
Live-in Carers
Providing carers who will live in the comfort and familiarity of your own home with a full-time Live In carer, professionally trained and experienced, doing all the things that need to be done and being a full-time companion and assist with the full ranges of care and duties. Shining Light Care ensures that before we provide Live-in Care, we meet with the client and family to give them the opportunity to express their own feelings and wishes: -

Personal Care
Our personal care can include help with washing, bathing, toileting, getting into and out of bed, feeding, hair care, oral and general hygiene.
Social Care
Our social can include assisting with maintaining personal social contact, assisting in making appointments, paying bills, letter writing and telephone calls, reading, taking part in conversations and social skills.
Waking Nights/ Sleepover
On a waking night our carers are on call at all times during the night and are awake, alert and making sure our client is resting comfortably. On a sleepover our carers are asleep but always present for the client to call as they need
